The Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Hamburg invites you to a

KOREAN SHOW COOKING EVENT on Friday the 4th June 2010

from 4.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m.

at the Museum für Völkerkunde Hamburg,

Rothenbaumchaussee 64,

20148 Hamburg.

The Cook and Author Yong-Ja Kim will show you parts of the multifarious Korean cuisine and food culture and induct you into the secrets of Korean cooking. Afterwards you are welcome to taste the new creations.

Mrs. Kim lives in New York and Hamburg and writes regularly columns for the Korea Times in New York. She is trained in not just Korean cuisine, but French and Italian cuisines from the Ritz-Escoffier Cooking School, Paris/France and Giuliano Bugialli Cooking School, Florence/Italy, respectively.

The event will be held in English.
